| Here are a few photos taken of the new Hoover (Boulder) Dam Bypass during my return ride from Las Vegas to Phoenix on Sunday, April 18, 2010. You will notice the center span arch is now complete. It appears the deck and roadbed are nearing completion. The Bypass is scheduled to open for traffic in November, 2010. This will be a tremendous time-saver for those traveling between Las Vegas and Phoenix. |
